OMG! I started my program on the 13th of Sept. It has only been a week and a half but I've lost 3.5 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips!
I really can't believe it! *happy dances*
I so don't feel as if I'm on a diet of any kind so this is so cool for me. The hardest part is filling out the food journal!
I haven't weighed yet, I have no scale at the moment but have one on its way via Amazon.com. Maybe I can weigh this weekend. I know my starting weight because the nutritionist weighed me on the 13th.
I honestly can't believe I have already lost inches.
