I would suggest posting this same question in the exercise section, too. There are some body builders on this site. I'm sure there's a lot of suggestions. I just can't think of any variations, right now. Except varying your squats. Try jump squats, slow squats with 10 second holds after 30 reps. Varying the way you do them works the muscles differently, surprises them. Lots of different push ups builds arm and back muscles in all sorts of ways. One arm, arms close together, hopping with your entire body straight (very tough), regular ones where you thrust upward and land (like cricket, brutal), hands spread out, arms spread out and you lean to the right side looking down the length of your left arm, while bending the left one (that one's hard to explain). All I can think of, sorry.
