Default 8/27/2010 Report

Ok so its been a week since I started my weight loss challenge, I have been trying my best to keep on track with the "diet" plan I am following, and I do say "diet" because its more than that it is a way of life that i have to learn and continue to follow for the rest of MY life...I love saying that! MY life, i feel like i am finally taking back my life and its an awesome feeling!!!

So after a week I have been to the gym 4 times and started to the way I am eating (as best as a can) and i am happy to report that i have lost 2 lbs!!!!!!!! YAY!!!

Starting weight: 178lbs
Current weight: 176lbs
Goal weight: 130lbs

Awesome! Keep up the great work!!! It feels good, right?

You should reward yourself...a new pair of shoes, time to take a bubble bath, a magazine to read, a mani/pedi...the possibilities are endless and will motivate you to keep going! =)

thank you thank you Ladies!!! it feels so good to see a change when i step on the scale even if its a little bit I know its weight I didn't put on!


I am also happy to report that for this week I lost another 2lbs!!! so Im down 4lbs in two weeks since I started this lifestyle change "challenge" (wow thats a mouthful LOL) !!

I think i do deserve a reward but I don't know what it will be yet...I'll keep you guys posted ;-)
