Ok so its been a week since I started my weight loss challenge, I have been trying my best to keep on track with the "diet" plan I am following, and I do say "diet" because its more than that it is a way of life that i have to learn and continue to follow for the rest of MY life...I love saying that! MY life, i feel like i am finally taking back my life and its an awesome feeling!!!
So after a week I have been to the gym 4 times and started to the way I am eating (as best as a can) and i am happy to report that i have lost 2 lbs!!!!!!!! YAY!!!

Goal weight: 130lbs
