Hello all!
Looking for any other military wives who are looking to loose weight. I know most of us have a unique situation brought on by the military lifestyle. But luckily most of us also have access to a free gym.....if only that was enough!
Just joined today, and was looking for others to share this struggle....scratch that....adventure with!

I just wanted to thank you. My sister has been a Navy wife for 20 years and has been able to look to her sister and senior wives for help and support. Even if it's just for a short time here and there, do your best to seek others out. Don't hide in your house.

Take full advantage of any and all programs offered. That's how she stays sane and focused during deployments.
