Hi Tracy =),
If you click on the ACTIVITIES tab, you log your exercise much like you log your food. You can either type in the activity you did, into the search box, or you can use the drop down menus on the left to choose from the various categories. Once you find the activity, you can adjust the number of minutes that you did that particular exercise for and submit it.
