I am doing Craig Ballantine's turbulence training three days a week. Here is the link if you are interested:
I can't vouch for it because I just started. But, it seems like reasonable stuff and I have to have a program to work or I won't do anything.
So, basically, the TT is exercises at home 3 days a week, followed by 20 minutes of interval training.
Do you wan to have a weigh in? Fridays? Let me know what you think.
