45 lbs. to lose looking for partners...
Hi, I would love a group of motivated people to support weight loss, exercise, and good eating habits. I have about 45 lbs. to lose and I have made a plan, but support would make it better. Anyone interested?

I am doing Craig Ballantine's turbulence training three days a week. Here is the link if you are interested: http://skwigg.tripod.com/TurbulenceTraining4WeekBWW.pdf I can't vouch for it because I just started. But, it seems like reasonable stuff and I have to have a program to work or I won't do anything. So, basically, the TT is exercises at home 3 days a week, followed by 20 minutes of interval training. Do you wan to have a weigh in? Fridays? Let me know what you think. |

Crazycat, welcome to the group. Thanks for all those who have added me as their friend. Sometimes these posts are hard to find when alot gets posted in one day. Good news, the scale has finally started moving for me. I have been yo-yoing for the past 2 weeks, not sure why, but it has finally started a downward trend. YEAH!!! So far since monday I have lost 4 lbs. Thanks for all the support.

Hi:
I just started and have between 62-65 pounds to lose. I am working on a low carb/low GI eating and walking with a some conditioning exercises for strength. I was diagnosed with PCOS and fatigue is an issue so I am going to just take my time and go at some every day. I would love to corespond and keep up with a team and give and receive encouragement. Hi are you still looking for some partners to come along side? I just started on this site today but have been working on the weight loss thing since Aug 1st. I have about 50 lbs to loose. I have been doing pretty well so far. I got my bike out and have ridden 3 days in a row and throwing in some walking also. I am excited to join a group and get fit.
