1# is GREAT - still heading down!
[QUOTE=zinal;19720]I've lost one pound. Not alot this week. I have had a rough week and fallen off the wagon a couple of times. My kids went back to school and my Uncle died and buried. I had to deal with family that thinks that " at home mom " is a dirty word. I work part time as a substitute teacher, full time mom, and also run a prek/k football league in the fall and T-Ball in the spring and yet to them I'm JUST an at home mom. AGHHH!!!!!!! I haven't even had a chance to workout. I feel awful about eating wrong and not working out, just blew the whole week. Maybe this next week things will be alot less stressful and I'll be able to get back on track. (Sorry to rant).

Hi Zinal - sorry to hear of your loss. It must be tough on the whole family.
I never had kids but I can tell you that I do not think I could do what I have seen mothers do! (I had the priviledge of raising 3 teenagers (love teens) for a couple of years only.) You guys ROCK! You are the CEO of your own little company. You are organized - juggling all the activities, feeding the family, taking care of your own health, working part time (with other kids) and still have a DH that needs 'attention' . So, the next time someone tries to disrepect your choices; pat their arm, say 'your so naive', smile, and walk away. It doesn't matter what they say - you are a 'household executive' a job that is 24/7/365! Lets see them match that!

Hi everyone. It has been a busy week for us here, and staying busy has really helped me keep on track. Down a couple of pounds. I did eat out at lunch one day this week, but was very careful about what I had on my salad. Salad bars are great for the choices! We did decide to go out to dinner tonight with friends, so I'm trying to plan ahead of time what I will have. I'll let you know later how that worked out.
Keep up the good work!!!
Starting weight: 185 (8-1-10)
Current weight: 179 (8-27-10)

I have a lot more than ya'll to lose, but would love to have some support. We just moved and I really don't have any 'buddies' here to work out with.
I have *gulp* 86 lbs to lose to get to the top of the 'normal' BMI.
May I join?

Hi ladies! I am kinda new - been a member for a few months, but really just started using fitday last week.
I am 35yo, approx 5'3" and 225lb - I have a mini goal of losing 25lb, but my ultimate goal is losing 85.
My son & I have been walking 4 days a week before school/work and then I go to an aqua fitness class twice a week.
I've already lost 3 lbs since last Tuesday! Trying to keep it up!
