I am so glad to see that I am not the only person who is feeling like this! I was just thinking about this last night...I've been really watching what I eat and yet the scale isn't moving.
I"m trying really hard to be discouraged because I know weight loss isn't a fast thing.....but it's hard!!!!!
I just found that on my On Demand feature of my cable has workouts!! I was excited....it's much easier for me to follow a rountine like that then do one on my own..other than biking or walking that is.
