Well girls I am thinking I need to start back again... So I have been watching what I eat but not quiet to the point where I would notice any weight loss.. I have been walking and I have noticed this morning my jeans are fitting that were really tight before so it's an improvement. I am looking forward to starting back again.. lets not give up ladies..

Finally got the scale moving in the right direction this week. Of course it helped that I had a cold and didn't feel like eating much. Also had some heavy cleaning in a hot shed. Anyway, this week weigh in is: 183lbs. Total loss since starting fit day: 15 LBS. in 2 MONTHS YEAH!! It is coming off slowly, but it IS coming off.

Good job Zinal. So far I have noticed a 3 pound weight loss in 2 weeks. My weight is coming off slowly as well but it's coming off and I am excited to atleast try and eat healthier if I am not able to exercise. My plan is to try to fit in more protein in my food slowly getting rid of carbs..
