Finally got the scale moving in the right direction this week. Of course it helped that I had a cold and didn't feel like eating much. Also had some heavy cleaning in a hot shed. Anyway, this week weigh in is: 183lbs. Total loss since starting fit day: 15 LBS. in 2 MONTHS YEAH!! It is coming off slowly, but it IS coming off.
Starting weight : 198lbs (6-20-10)
Current weight : 183lbs (8-20-10)
Mini goal weight: 175 lbs (8-24-10)
GOAL WEIGHT : 120-130 lbs (12-20-10)
