Hi. Glad you joined. I am down 3.6lbs for this week. I think I finally figured out my caloric intake and for me that is 1400 cals a day. I just wanted to welcome you. When I see a forum with no entries, I reply and try to send them to another open forum. I see from checking your profile that you haven't been on here since the twelfth. I hope we haven't lost you. Check out the forums that are already open. I know it will seem like it is hard to join. I found one for me which is the Jump into June 100 pound. It's opening phrase changes everymonth, so we don't build up a lot of posts. If that one isn't for you, then peruse the others and kind of get a feel for who they are. I read and waited a day because they all seemed like such close knit friends.
