Motivation, Anyone? Starting 8/10/15
From the looks of the thread's title, they must start the thread at intervals.
My own goal is to lose 50 lbs.
I've already lost 22 lbs and it's been slow going for me. However, I am sticking to it. I just started a new routine at the Y to shake things up a bit.
However, if you want to get your own group going, that's great, too. It's summer and the board does seem less active in this season (vacations, I guess.)
