New at 65
I am beginning again and FITDAY seems to be an excellent way for me to stay on track. At my age, I know that my weight challenge is greater than younger people. Anyone have any good tips for the senior group?:p
I think many of the girls here are in the 20 to 30 range, but there are a lot of us 50 to 60 year olds around, we're just a little harder to get moving. If you don't get any other responses, try again in a week or two. I am often surprised by which threads take off and which thread seem to go unnoticed. :rolleyes:
I will say that while it might not be as metabolically easy for us older ones to lose weight, we have the wisdom of years and a whole lot of experiences in our own skin that give us big advantages over the youngsters. :D
