I am new to this site. I have been using MyFitnesPal and an now using both together to see how I do in comparison. The first thing I noticed is when I put my information in it gave me quite a bit of calories to work with. Did anyone else feel like it gave you too many calories per day?

Were the number of calories given by MyFitnessPal similar to the number given by Fitday? Is there a time frame for losing the weight?
