Whelp I gained 3.2 pounds. Ughhh. Weekends are sooooooooooo hard for me. I need to majorly work on self control or something. I'm driving myself insane.

Michelle, great job on NOT GAINING. staying the same ain't so bad when you think of alternatives.
I'm thinking my next weigh-in I can be down 2 lbs because I'm going to stay on track this weekend since we have no plans! This hasn't happened in forever.
Today I told myself that if I wasn't on FitDay I'd be fatter so just be happy I'm not where I was a few months ago.
