just started
 
i just started this program today and i already feel bad about myself. i looked at how many calories im supposed to eat per day to loose weight and it litterally said 0.0. am i really that overweight that im not allowed to eat food? i feel so horrible....:(

Huh??? There must be some kind of error...can you give a little bit more information as to where you got that number? Try entering your information again. I can't think of anything on FitDay (or any other reliable source) that would tell you to eat nothing! Your body needs nutrients and calories just to go about daily tasks such as breathing and keeping your heart beating!

Try not to be discouraged...I'm sure this is just some error that can be straightened out. With healthy eating and exercise, weight loss is possible!

just re-entered info and yeah still 0.0. apparently im a whale and dont know it :(

Where did you enter the information? On FitDay? If you'd like to give me your information (height, weight, activity level, frequency/type of exercise, etc.) I can try to help you out!

im 5 1" 155lbs not super active but not a couch potato, and i do weight lifting sit ups and the wii game your shape. my goal is to be back at my highschool weight 105 or close to by the end of the summer

i think i may have fixed it but i still cant eat anything :(

Ok, I used this site: Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs (guessed on your age). To lose 1-2 lbs per week, you should eat approximately 1,240 calories per day. That's far from 0 if you ask me!

I started out very close to your stats...5'2" and 162 lbs. I eat around 1,200 calories per day, exercise 6-7 days per week, and after about 2.5 months, I'm down to 137 lbs! If I can do it, anyone can! =)

Keep your chin up. Focus on getting around 1,200 calories worth of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein, kick up your exercise, and you WILL see results!!!
