Does your doctor think the two are related? Does your doctor have some insights about your weight gain and your pain?

There is definitely a lot of help for weight reducing here. I hope your pain lessens.

Welcome!

I hope you have your doctor's input on your health problems. Sometimes weight gain and chronic pain go hand in hand (I'm thinking of osteoarthritis but I'm sure there are other sources of pain...)

i understand the chronic pain and weight gain. everyday is painful for me to. i just started with all this also. heck the first day i felt defeated because of the calorie intake. But stay strong and think positive. Everyday is new . Thats what i tell myself. It has also made me feel better just knowing there is support on here.

Hi NAJH,

I am also suffering from chronic back pain ..so I can understand how bad it is.
But I am 100% sure that you will be able to control it...as my experience says that sometimes these chronic pains don't leave you completely but yes if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and can practice YOGA regularly, you can definitely control this chronic pain.

At least Yoga works for me
and of course loosing some extra weight always helps so best of luck for your battle !

P.S: You can check these video links for "Yoga for back pain "..hope it will help u
