My advice to you (if you want it that is
) is to set small monthly goals for the coming year. From personal experience, when I focus too much on the end long term goal, I feel frustrated. This time around, I've set short term monthly goals to focus and it's really helped me! Like Cassie said, come and join us in the Motivational Forum! It can be very helpful to have people to check in with while on this journey.

1st Goal - 143 lbs. & to be able to wear my wedding rings again!
2nd Goal - 136 .5lbs.
3rd Goal - 128.5 lbs.
4th Goal - 121 lbs.
5th Goal - 110 - 115 lbs. & to look like the 40-something version of my avatar
