65 pounds down, 56 to go
I feel like I've hit yet another roadblock. I started a great workout routine and right now I just can't seem to get in a groove again! I really want to be 140 pounds by november 15th of next year (my birthday) any advice? thanks!
It can be hard to motivate ourselves from time to time...you're not alone! What about an exercise check in? Would that help keep you on track if you have somewhere to post for accountability?
