Default Pain since dieting???

I have been dieting for a little over a week now and seem to be in so much pain all over since I started. Nothing helps. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it just be my body adjusting to the change in diet?

It's really unlikely that dieting would cause bodily pain. So, please - see your doctor!

I have an appointment on Monday. It just is really weird that it literally started soon as I started cutting out all the junk, sugar, and caffeine.

Sometimes going very low card can cause Ketosis - pain and failure of the kidneys. Kidney pain, gall stones and Acid Reflux can all result from too extreme dieting. Of course consult with a physician, but people need to be be very careful with dieting that has too low calories, or elimination diets.
