Default Maintenance and Fitday Online?
Is it possible to have a "meaningful" maintenance monitoring program with Fitday Online? Now that I am below my goal weight it seems that the program can only be adjusted to "attain" a goal weight, but not to "maintain". Please advise. Thanks.
