here we go again...
A few years ago I reached about 280lbs and decided to lose weight. I was quite successful and ended up at 185 at which point i had several crises in my life and the diet went out the window
It's taken a while for the weight to come back but now I'm at 290 again and it's well past time I started getting my diet together. I managed last time so I know it's possible. I just have to get my mind and body into gear, stop eating crap and get off my butt sometimes.
