Yay! It's 311 day!.

Stepped on the scale today, down 4lbs.

Weight: 346lbs

Today I will be venturing to 24 hr Fitness to do some cardio and the sauna.

Default Sweat is good

So it was 80 degrees here, sunny, blue skies, absolutely beautiful.
Spent the whole day outside and it was awesome.

After doing 2 workouts at home, hit the gym to do some cardio and sauna.
I drove to the furthest 24 hr fitness location from my house (took longer to get there) and kept the windows rolled up and the A/C off. It was an oven in my truck so I was sweating like a pig the entire drive over and back. Felt like I lost 10lbs of water just from all the sweating, it was awesome.

Continuing with my liquids fast until through tomorrow.
Very tasty discovery was made yesterday...chocolate flavored coconut water.
Tastes just like chocolate milk.
