So who needs to lose some weight this year? I know I do.

I'm going to lose 30-35 pounds this year!

My original goal was to lose 30. But since I'm 5'10" and 205 lbs, that would put me at 175 pounds, which is just over the "overweight" threshold. So, my goal is now to lose 35 pounds, and who knows, maybe a little more! :D

I'm with ya there!Could stand to loose 10-15 lbs.I love going to the gym and can still put up 265 for 2 on the flat bench but hate cardio.I'm 55 and 6'1 and I guess that's why I still gotta a gut!

I need to drop 35 or 40. Have weights but like cardio. I have my road bike on a trainer in the basement and an elliptical machine at home. Mostly, I need to quit eating everything in sight.

I've was very successful in 2009 in my weight loss. I am done from 264lbs in January to 180lbs today, and have about 15 - 20lbs more to go.

2010 I will be focusing on those final 15 - 20 lbs and also focus on building muscle. I'm not looking for a bodybuilder physique, but I want to look good decent on the beach.

I hit the big 50 this year in November. I hope to take about 60 pounds off by then.

This year I'm trying something a little different. I'll still keep track of my weight, but instead of focusing completely on that I'll focus more on lowering my percentage of body fat. I'm not sure what it is now, but if I can get back to 8.5%, like I was in mid 2008, I'll be happy!

I lost most of my weight last year (my 2009 New Years Resolution) and I'm pretty much down to losing the last 5-8 lbs.
So, it's really more like a weight maintenance routine for me this year :D

I am 5'9 and weighed in two weeks ago today at 261. I had 31.5% bodyfat. As of this morning I was 251.8 with 30.2% bodyfat. My goal is to be 15% bodyfat by the end of the year.
