This year I'm trying something a little different. I'll still keep track of my weight, but instead of focusing completely on that I'll focus more on lowering my percentage of body fat. I'm not sure what it is now, but if I can get back to 8.5%, like I was in mid 2008, I'll be happy!
I lost most of my weight last year (my 2009 New Years Resolution) and I'm pretty much down to losing the last 5-8 lbs.
So, it's really more like a weight maintenance routine for me this year
I am 5'9 and weighed in two weeks ago today at 261. I had 31.5% bodyfat. As of this morning I was 251.8 with 30.2% bodyfat. My goal is to be 15% bodyfat by the end of the year.
