Default Am I going about this wrong?

Greetings to all,

So I'm a little concerned that I'm going about this all wrong. I'm 6'4 345lbs, post bariatric (R-Y in 2005, long story why I'm here). I've been trying to really to turn over a new leaf for 2010. I have stopped drinking Monster (Blue). Been off that for 4 weeks now and I have been tracking my food for the last week. I've started walking 1.5 miles twice a week. I feel exhausted all the time. I have my calorie intake mostly under control (avg 2300/day), but I'm worried about my fat intake. I can't seem to get it under 60g/day (avg 80g)...

My breakdown for the week looks like this..

Grams Calories %-Cals
Calories 2,261
Fat 75.0 670 29%
Saturated 26.0 232 10%
Polyunsaturated 12.4 111 5%
Monounsaturated 16.8 149 6%
Carbohydrate 304.0 1,208 52%
Dietary Fiber 32.6
Protein 110.1 446 19%
Alcohol 0.0 0 0%

I'm just concerned that I'm going down a bad road here... I don't know what I'm asking, but I'm starting to get worried...

If you are post bariatric you should have access to professional advice. I think you need your diet tweeked and the same with your exercise routine. Both are important. Don't try to do this by yourself.
