Looking for food
I have just started a diet and I am trying to get 1g of protein and 2g of carbs per pound body weight. That's not the problem. I need some suggestion for low fat foods that will accomplish my goal. Any suggestions?
I like shrimp for the 0 fat high protein content. They are low carb though...which I like.
