I created a Facebook group called FitDayFriends, so if you are on Facebook just do a search for it under Groups and join in! If you are not on Facebook yet it's free to join and network.

Not that we can't use these discussions boards here to, but it will just be another fun way to interact and get to know everyone better. Hope to see you there! Open to men and women.
