Whoops! Forgot - Today is monday. Good thing I felt like weighing in this morning!
So this mornigs weigh in: 201.6. Now it's official. We'll see if this week's change in routine will yeild any quick results. I'm thinking it will - I'm going to set two days aside this week to soley running. Regularly I'll run to the gym and lift. That yeilds about 1.75 miles roundtrip; today's run alone was 2.93. Wish me luck; and keep up the good work to the rest of you guys - we'll get there - just got to keep up what we're doin.
