It seems as if I'm on the great plateau the last couple of weeks.
Still exercising and watching the calorie restriction,but not losing much.
I'm down from 238 to 236.8 ---not much,but i'll keep trying
started fitday 4/1/10 at 278 lbs
goal #1 wt=225 by 10/25/10
goal #2 wt=214 by Thanksgiving
goal #3 wt=205 by new years
goal weight 190 lbs---or size 36 pants
