Don't go on a "diet"
Keep in mind that in order to build muscle and even to burn fat, you will need calories. So severely cutting your calorie intake is not a good strategy to do if you want to have a perfect body. Instead of going on a diet, you should start developing a healthy eating habit instead. Focus on the quality and not the quantity of the foods you eat.
Fad diets don't really work...you're better off eating small balanced healthy meals and performing regular exercise. Starving yourself will not result in weight loss, in fact it will often create the opposite, as your body goes into "survival mode" to prevent any additional fat and energy loss.
Get enough rest
Do you know that muscles actually grow during off days and while we rest? Working out everyday will not give you the perfect body that you desire. You must make sure that you have at least one rest day between workout sessions.
