My current plan
My MD told me to start a regimen of eating 9 cups of a particular brand of fat free yogurt which has 80 calories and 12g protein per serving and to begin walking. So far this is working along with drinking a half a gallon or more of water a day, getting sufficient sleep and reducing the stress in my life.
