Default The P90 workout

I am doing the P90 workouts and am on the Cardio 3/4 and Sculpt 3/4 routines.

Does anyone know what activity would best equal these workouts? I'm so new I'm not sure if there is a way to enter a custom activity.

Im starting week three of P90 and doing the 1/2 workouts. I imagine kickboxing would be something similar wouldn it?
