6 meals through out the day, small ones that total your daily intake.
At night with the sweet tooth, that is blood sugar issues... give in to it.
Take the time to cut up an apple and eat it!
It will aide in digestion over night, and eventually with the change in blood sugar issue, with the weight loss...will taste sweet too.
Once you have had the apple, wait 20 minutes and see how you feel...time it.
If you still think you are hungry, ( notice I said think) 2 glasses of water.
If still hungry, have another apple.
