Default So proud of myself !

Lost 8lb in just over a week.... I still have 48lb to lose but its a start and this time I have a different mindset on dieting ...and I am going to succeed !

Awesome. I love those first few weeks of dieting (the results anyway). Keep it up, you'll be there in no time.

Wow! Congrats!!! You must be doing all the right things. Keep up the good work!

Your weight loss may slow and level out a little after the first few weeks, but that's normal. You should eventually shoot for a loss of 1-2 lbs per week. Slow and steady wins the race... =)
