I reached my goal thanks to Fitday
I started eating healthy and excersizing on Jan. 2, 2010. I was trying to find a way to track my calories and find out how many calories I could eat to loose weight etc and I came across fitday.com. I have faithfully tracked my foods, activities, weight and body measurements since that time. I found that watching my weight loss graph was so motivating for me. As of April 26th I have met my goal to loose 27 pounds and I am now in the healthy weight category on the BMI scale. I have set a "new" goal to loose 10 more pounds so that I can be in the middle of the BMI instead of the top end. I love fit day. Thank you so much.
