I love fitday website. Being able to log in my food every day since the summer of 2009 has without a doubt been the reason for my success. I lost 30 lbs. by counting calories. I got the idea of keeping a food diary from seeing an interview of Carrie Underwood. She lost 20 lbs and keeps it off by keeping a food diary and also exercising. I hear she's now a Vegan. I love seafood so not likely to go that route but Yeah fitday! Yeah me!
