Default Insert Happy Dance Here

I am down 18 pounds in 28 days. Only 4 lbs away from leaving the "obese BMI" category and into the "overweight category".

Doctor has also backed off putting me on diabetes medication.

Yippee! and thanks Fitday.

Wow! That's great, egr683. You should be really proud of yourself for doing this. Congrats!

Keep up the good work!
I'm trying to lose 50 lbs by September
the same 50 lbs I've been trying to lose for the past year, time to get serious:

I had the most amazing incentive. My doctor said "diabetes medication". Snapped everything into perspective. I've still got 54 lbs. to go, but going totally sugar free really helps.

That is awesome! Living medication free feels so much better than eating a donut ever could. Keep up the good/hard work!
