On 7/13/12 I took my baseline body measurements...On 1/26/13 I joined the YMCA. I've been doing a cardio routine 3-6 days a week, and a full body weight circut 3 days a week. I just took my body measurements again, and
I've lost 21.75 inches since my baseline

I also increased my body strength in the four areas that they track by 52#.
Upper back = 16#
Legs = 20#
Chest = 8#
Shoulders = 8#
I have more energy than I've had in years, and even people that I don't know (but have seen in passing at the Y on a fairly regular basis) have said that they have noticed the change

I'm also about 6# from hitting a new centry mark... I'll be under 200# for the first time since I was in my early teens. I'm hoping that I'll make it to 190 before the end of the month, and that I'll be at 160 before 5/4/13 so I can recieve my lifetime membership @ Weight Watchers and I won't have to pay any more membership fees
