Lost 80 lbs
Started early 2011 with weight watchers, but I discarded that system in favor of calorie counting. Start weight was 240, high cholesterol, probably coming up on high blood pressure. Was definitely wheezing when I had to exert myself. As of April 2012 I am 160 lbs, and my last physical came back good. I guess all my issues were weight-related. Now I am doing alternating calisthenics and running with Sundays off. I still have a long way to go, but definitely making progress. Wish I had known about FitDay when I started.
