Just a little bragging this morning.

I started tracking calories Oct. 1 with the intention of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight by the time my Daughter was 6 months old (Dec. 10).
After one month I am down 8.2 pounds! Another month like that and I will meet my goal with a little time to spare. It's a slow process so I have to remind myself of what I have accomplished rather than focus on the pounds that still need to come off.
