Body Measurements - How often?
I really wish I would have started taking body measurements right off the bat, but I didn't think about it. Now that I am near my goal, I am trying to tone things up and build more muscle instead of just watching the scale. So my questions is, for those of you that log your body measurements, how often do you measure yourself??
I measured last week and then today and there was no difference (one week time span). Am I being overeager? Should I wait longer in between measuring? I weigh myself on the scale every morning so I am an instant gratification type person. I want to see the numbers move as soon as possible :D

When I was losing at a more rapid pace, I measured every week but only logged it once a month, also on that day I took a photo of me in my bathing suit from the rear. Now that I am not losing at a rapid pace, just trying to get those last 5 pesky pounds off, I don't measure as much, maybe once a month with the tape measure, and log it if there is a change.
Initially I HATED those first measurements, but looking back, I am glad I did them. They inspired me on the weeks that the scale didn't.
Thanks frenchhen3! I guess I should space my measurements out a little more since I am not losing a fast now (even gaining some days :( )
