5 lbs down! 5 to go for short-term goal!
I'm 150 as of today! I've also lost a couple of inches overall on my body! I realize that my body is lop-sided, but I know everyone is a bit lop-sided, so I don't feel too terrible. It makes me feel good to know that my plateau is finally over!

I think what helped was upping my water intake, along with making better choices with what I'm eating. I'm restricting, but also choosing better food. I eat more fiber-rich meals now, and try to bring more protein into the mix.
