Default Just broke the 100lb barrier

after reaching my goal of losing 90lbs a month or so ago i decided to carry on and try and lose a futher 10lbs to make ita 100lb loss and finaly achieved it today.First pic is of me and my mum just over a year ago when i weighed 278lbs the second pic is me today weighing 178lbs

Wow!!! what a transformation, and to do it in just over a year is impressive. Picture like this remind me of what is possible. Thankyou for posting it.

thanks for the replies guys and as for finding it hard at the start bright i promise your not the only one.When i started i had no motivation whatsoever but slowly as the pounds started going and people kept saying how much better i looked it kinda started to gain momentom and i actually enjoy eating healthy and all the exercise now
