Thanks, Tori... being healthy for your child is a HUGE motivator... I don't have kids yet, yet I sorta understand the need to take care of yourself before you care for others... Behlor

Sure you can!!! You've got almost 14 weeks (actually 95 days) to lose 18 pounds.
That is 1.32 pounds per week. You will need to achieve a calorie deficit of about 663 calories per day or 4641 per week. 663 is very doable if you are determined. Good luck!!
