Ive been doing intervals when running. best way to lose fat I think....Ill run as fast as I can for 5-10 seconds...then fast walk for a minute...I'll continue doing that for about 15 minutes every day. I have also been doing stair exercises which are good for toning.
WOW!! Good for you, girl!! You look amazing, and it's obvious in your smile that you FEEL amazing!! I am still new to this, so I don't have tips or pointers for you, but it LOOKS like you might have some for ME!
