herwitsend ~ I can definitely tell a wonderful difference! Gardening and walking are great exercises. Excellent job in working hard at your goals. You must feel pretty good about what you've accomplished.

Hey, I am also 5'5 and currently weigh 200 pounds and have the same goal as you, weird! lol! Any advice? How did you do it? Thank You

Oh MY GOSH! The difference is SHOCKING. These pictures really inspire me to keep working at losing weight. 10 punds really does make a HUGE difference. Thanks for sharing! Your awesome!

Wow! That is amazing seeing the difference. I didn't know losing 10 lbs could be so noticeable. Those are the exact same shirt and pants right? Keep doing whatever you are doing cuz you're doing a good job!
