November Exercise Challenge

The Y sponsored a contest where you score points for working out throughout November, there was a special extra each week like "a point for every day you get off the Subway a block early", stuff like that.

I didn't think I had a chance, but turned in my log, and won second prize, a personal training session. I get pretty much unlimited free personal training because one of the trainers who's just on staff is always helping me, but hey, it's nice to win!

Wow, I've never gotten a medal before - thanks Vito!

My nephew won a silver bowl as an award in swimming - he gave it to his dog - "not out of disrespect for the award, but out of respect for the dog".
